Poor service

I have been with miway for over 7yrs until recently, my premium was increased over 60%, i was paying for 2 cars initially , i sold the other car, a month later i am paying morethan i paid for 2 cars, I sent them emails, they never bothered to call me, i had a chat with them over miway app they walked out on me, When i finally got a new insurer, they did not even bother to counter offer, nor asked me details, never claimed in my life, but i felt like they did not want me, In my opinion they ****ed me all this while, I am not happy
