Poor Service

Ayanda Kubheka was designation to handle my scratch and dent claim who chose not to communicate with me on the status of my claim since the inception of my policy with Miway i have not put a claim through nor have i defaulted on payment, until now only to call the claims department today to hear "this claim isn't valid" i was not called nor mailed anything about this claim to date, after being a loyal customer and having experienced this pathetic service i would never recommend Miway to anyone going forward!
