Poor service

I was buying a car 4 months ago but unfortunately the deal collapse at the end so I had already asked mi way to insure the car through a broker called B sure after the deal was of I that instructed the insurance to cancel the cover they said they will but until now I’m still paying for insurance for a car that I don’t have when I send them emails they don’t evn bother to reply them and b sure now I have for paying insurance that I shouldn’t be paying
