Poor Service

I had my account debited before an agreed date and also before the vehicle inspection done.I contacted Miway and Lindiwe Maseko advised me I will have to wait 7days for the refund. I waited patiently .Its been 2 weeks .I contacted Miway , only to be told no refund due as the premium amount is same as the deduction.My issue is it cannot be right that companies like Miway can just debit as and when it suits them.2.I have been misled and **** to by their employees .Now I am told to be transferred to retentions. I need my refund and also I do not want to be with a company that takes its clients for granted.The amount they took wrongly was for something else.Which then means I could not honor.I need assistance urgently .
