poor service

<p>its been weeks now since i made a claim with miway but im not getting any help and no one is bothering to give me feedback regarding the progress the stutus of my claim . now and then i have to call them and everytime i call they give me a diffent story . first i was told that the person dealing with my claim is on leave. the next thing the claim is with the accessor, when i call again i was told a different story , yesterday i call was told they waiting for a signature. this is not accepatable because every month they deducting money from my account but i cant receive help when i need one . this is unacceptable and frastrating . claim no c***</p>
