Poor Service
I submitted my claim on the 9th of July 2023 and after 23 days with them NOT giving me result of my claim, decided to cancel it and fix the car myself. Now i have been waiting for their towing department to return my car for the past two days. This type of service is really not professional.

Please Miway insurance this is a simple process. management please intervene as this is not professional

03 Aug 2023, 14:41its now gonna be four days for Miway to simple return my car, This insurance doesn't take its customers serious. The call centre don't even have any update, they just say we have sent an email. Total unprofessional.
