Poor service

I have waiting over for month now. Miway said that they will get the excess from the 3rd party because the last time miway did not refund my excess with the previous claim. Now the fleet panel beaters wont release the car without the excess. I am sitting without a car over a month but I pay insurance every month. Insurance companies are not helping us really but quick to take our money
