Poor service

Can i finally get some assistance with regards to my windscreen claim. I have called and no one has assisted and emails went unanswered. I put i a claim before for my windscreen and i was referred to Midrand PG Glass and they did not have the glass and they claim was sent back to Miway and then i complained and it was sent to PG Fourways and still they said they will call me if the windscreen is there, no call. I have cancelled the policy because of the and premiums then but i feel that Miway is still liable for the repairs or we can take the matter through to the ombudsman. I have since referred my mom(DR33BKGP) and sister(FP10GFGP) to your company but no one cars to answer or address my issue. I then wanted to join you and you gave me a quote of R4k which is unacceptable.
