Poor Service
Hi, Please can I get some feedback on my enquiry. On the 1st December, I called in the office and made an amendment toy risk address. I have asked for an updated copy of my policy wording.
I have not received this to date.
Further to that I have sent an email to ********** Requesting policy documents and information on a no claim bonus that I was informed that I would receive after 3 years. I received an automated response informing me that I will get feedback shortly. To date I have not received any feedback.
This is extremely unprofessional and I would really like to receive feedback.
