Poor service

I was involved in an accident today and after calling miway to lodge a claim they said they wil call me back to give me the details of who is supposed to tow my car,i waited on the scene for almost an hour waiting for the call but they never called me,i only got help when i decided to call them again,and that was very stressful for me
