Poor service
Iam a client of Miway Insurance and i was not happy with the service i got this morning.. i locked my car keys inside my car and i called the Miway Help to my understanding after i have lodged a call the consultant must call me and tell me the technician is how far and he has been dispatched from where but they never did that. I waited for morethan 3hours and after that 3hours i kept on calling with my own airtime they didn't bother to call once a while to see if im ok or not .. then the technician calls me after and to my surprise with a WHATSAPP CALL so i find that unprofessional
