Poor service

I called miway to negotiate for a better and affordable premium,To my sapprice I was called back by the guy called Diego (his service and attitude was very disgusting filled with an aim to CANCEL my policy) The guy did not even advice or try to make me understand why can't I get a better premium.(telling me about piece of mind)what is that? seems like the intention was to CANCEL my policy. The miway of today is no longer the one we know.is either they hired incompent consultant or they no longer give a dam about their old and loyal clients. Am very disappointed
