Poor service
Called in today to make changes to my policy. Spoke to Rovhina or Rosina who, from the beginning of the call, seemed uninterested in helping me. I had to prompt her for information and even then she mumbled her answers. I have been with Miway forever and have never received bad service until today. I have always had multiple vehicles insured with Miway and was going to add another one....but I will be cancelling.
