Poor Service
I tried to cancel my car insurance due to their poor service. I called them to cancel my insurance and they promised to get back to me. Its been 2 weeks now and no one even bothered to call me back. When I call their cancellation office, their lines are always busy and no one even gets back to me. This just not on, Miway just has the poor service ever....I can't wait to go to outsurance.
