Poor service

last year I bought a car and joint miway Insurance, I took the car for inspection and there was no stickers at the inspection centre, The guy advise me to call miway and ask them to post the stickers and this was last year October. I called and they advise that they would post me the stickers. End of October no stickers called November they told me the same thing they will post it. I called in december a lady with a very stinky attitude said just go to the inspecter centre and get the stickers, I told her I cannot go there as it is to far and dangorours for me she said she will post it. Today IS the 02/02/2016 I still havnt receive the stickers.
