Poor service -2/10

I have made multiple calls to Miway wrt to the warranty I have, I have a car with an air suspension problem and no one wants to assist from Miway instead I am told to speak to a 3rd party company I have no relationship with. I have requested to speak to a manager, he **** to the consultant and said he will call me back in 10 minutes. 30 minutes later I called back and suddenly he is in a meeting and he can’t talk to me.

I am leaving the car at a Mercedes Benz dealer and I trust when you are ready you will tell me what I must do with the car.
