Poor service

Miway has proven their incompetence again and this time I am now fed up with them,after I had written a review they called promising to resolve my issues however I was called and transferred from one consultant to the next and they haven't came with a solution since then,ontop of that they debited my account after I had cancelled my policy and they said that they renewed my policy by mistake and they haven't refunded me my money.
