Poor service

After lodging a claim for remove a tree that was damaged by a storm and paying for the extra time of the contactors sent by Miway, I am still awaiting response about the service delivery complaints that I lodged. the tree was was not fully cut down, the cut tree with branches is still left in the yard, the contractors destroyed the facia boards of the entertainment building by allowing the cut tree to fall on the roof. I have sent numerous emails with photos as requested and phoned and spoke to consultants but yet there is still no response.
