Poor service
Still getting poor assistance from Miway, I got a call last week Friday regarding my claim C***, I received a report, But the information on the report is not correct,They noted my car as white, which is incorrect, Also the rear fog light that was affected, was not included on the report, I’ve been patient enough with Miway, Since July, my car hasn’t been fixed up to date, I need my car to be fixed ASAP!

16 Sept 2026, 15:19Am honestly not happy with the assistance that am getting from Miway, it’s almost 2months now, my claim hasn’t been resolved, The quote given only when I wrote a review here, The worst thing is that, some details were incorrect on the report, I’ve been writing emails but no response, I’ve been patient since July , but still no help, Now I will escalate this matter to my Lawyer! I need my car to be fixed ASAP!
