Poor service

On tuesday evening around 7pm I had a car breakdown on the side of the road. I requested a tow truck from Miway to take my vehicle to where it can be repaired. It took them 2hrs to get me the tow truck which was 2km away from where my car was standing. They help me after I had promise to cancel their insurance. - The first person who picked up my call told me they will only cover me for 40km not the 90km to where I needed the car to go for repairs. I waited for more than 30minutes without a feedback from them and when I call again they gave me the feedback which wasn't convincing. I told them to pull my car to the nearest Toyota garage but they couldn't assist on that as well, they said they will only take it to the tow truck yard and I will need to remove it myself in the morning before 12h00pm. - They end up agreeing to take my car to where I wanted but they said I will also pay around R200 and to my surprise the tow truck driver said I needed to pay R540. I pay it so that I can just go away from where I waited for help from 19pm to 10pm.
