Poor service

I had a puncher I called Miway for an assistant I was help on time. Thanks

The problem started when my car couldn't start and their guy tried to boost my battery unfortunately he did it in a wrong way. I started having problems with electrical after he had assistant, I gave him a call went to him he suggested that I need to buy a new battery.

Battery was bought still the car did the very same things, I ended up driving around Harrismith looking for help till late and had to make arrangements for an accommodation since I was driving with a 4 year old and 1year 8 months and my Mom. all that happened on the 28 December 2021.

on the following day 29 December 2021, I decided to make a call again requesting to be towed from Harrismith to Gauteng. I was given an advise that its better to get a mechanic near by because its going to be costly if they tow me from where I was to JHB.

I managed to get the mechanic they told me they wont be able to pay, okay fine we fought until nothing happened no check ups on where am I with the kids how am I doing or something just to check if their client is safe or what. The worse thing is the person who damaged my car was the person they sent to assist me.

Their advice on getting mechanic that was near by did not help because I still paid the amount and more that they were going to charge me if they had took my car to Gauteng. I got rescued by my Father in-law drove from Gauteng to fetch me and the kids just imagine at that moment you have an insurance and you are paying R 853,93 for this service I have received. Till today no-one called to check up on me, maybe that's how they work I would like to know shame.

I ended up leaving my car in Harrismith to stranger because of this insurance. I suffered with kids because of this insurance I had sunburns and still treating myself because of this insurance. I have paid more than expected, I would have paid the difference to them if they have respected my request. lastly I would like to cancel my contract with them they don't have ubuntu and worse I was communicating with my African people but their service is bad.
