Poor response

I asked for a quote a week ago and I asked the call centre agent to call me at a later stage because I was doing my research. However the couple of days thereafter I managed to find time and to request a call back/ quote but your website and virtual agent keeps saying I'm an existing client and a call centre agent will give me a call. Its been more than 4 days later I still have not received a call to either find out if my initial quote was activated or clarity. I'm disappointed on the feedback mechanisms, if a person is busy and cannot take your quote the first time, they get ignored. Is this the kind of treatment they receive, if a person is calling to research quotation before committing. For non existing clients the treatment received has been poor.
