Poor quoting procedure

About 2 weeks ago a MiWay telesales person phoned me to offer an insurance policy. I spent about 30 minutes on the phone giving details of my car etc. The sales person told me MIWay would send me a R 400 payment if they cannot beat my existing insurance. They requested proof of insurance which I sent to them., together with the telephonic reference no they gave me. My emails keep being unanswered and I still have not had a quote! Since then 2 more sales people phoned and I explained to them that I had already gone through the whole procedure. They offered to investigate, but still no joy.
