Poor processing of documents & feedback

Took my vehicle for inspection on Saturday 31-10-2015 and emailed the inspection certificate myself to Miway [Email Removed] first thing on Monday morning (02-11-2015).<br> I am still however receiving sms' that my vehicle is not covered yet as i have not submitted the inspection certificate.<br> called an spoke to a client service agent this morning but the processing is so slow that i am still receiving this messages. <br> not sure what else i as the client need to do here. <br> My debit order has gone off which was a wuick action from Miway but processing my paperwork and updating my policy seems to be a problem???
