Poor Poor Service

12 Deceber 2015 had an accident, person responsible to handle the report (Sello Mpati) never phoned me at all up to to day 3 February 2016. All consultants never had an idea what is going on. MiWay had lots of stories, Supervisor always to busy to phone back, not one phoned me back, car not fixed in area where i live, MiWay promised to pay Money for means of Transport to fetch car 4 February 2016, phoned them for Payment as Promise for Transport 3 February 2016, yet again lot of stories, first need to pay for transport and send invoice then they will refund me. Not happy at all with service from them.
