Poor Poor Poor service

I decided to claim without an assessor coming to me , just me sending pictures, I had horrible experience where . They reject things , you do not even get a call from assessor they just conclude without doing proper analysis. Next time I will get an assessor come to me. The desktop ones are not good at all. I have 3 cars insured with them I'm thinking twice about ending this relationship.
