Poor Handled Claim
I am not happy with how my claim has been handled. I have sent the desclaimer form last week Thursday to an agent called Dinika Naidoo even now I still don’t know what is the status of my claim as she never even acknowledge that she has received my email. Everytime I make a follow up agents tell me the matter has been escalated to a manager. I am so disappointed with Miway. Claim ***
