Poor Customer Service - Miway Insurance

Had a very bad experience with Miway Insurance. I was in an accident in April 2019, firstly Miway wanted to write of my car just because they did not want to fix it. I took the car back to take it for fixing. They paid me the money to fix the car but the access was deducted from that amount. I was told they were going to pay me the money after they claimed it from the 3rd party. The 3rd party was with Discovery insurance. Discovery asked Miway to provide them with some information concerning the accident, Miway failed to do so. Up until today Miway is failing to pay that money back to me. I have been told about Lawyers handling the issue but still nothing is coming right. I am not happy with their service and I will not recommend Miway to any of my family members and friends.
