Poor customer service
I requested a quote and accept it, but upon receiving the policy document, I saw that there was some VERY important information missing. I’ve been try to get hold of the, but no luck. I even tried their WhatsApp assistance, it was even more useless. My policy hasn’t even started yet, but I already have doubts proceeding with them.
