Poor Customer Service
I called in to submit a scratch and dent claim for stone chips on my vehicle on the 17th of November. I followed up on the 21st of November with no still no feedback provided to me. When submitting the claim the agent Thandeka does not seem to have any experience on how to treat customers. Its sad how one has to post on social media to get feedback.
