Poor customer service
I have been assigned a person that deals with my claim called Keagile Teffo ..till today I haven't even received a call from him or her .I could send him or her documents with no respond ...on the 02 November I send him or her the incident report from the police station and she did not respond..it seems like is does not care at all.i always have to call the insurance about how far the process is yet I have been assigned a person that deals with my claim.
