Poor Customer Service
MI way has not been assisting me with my claim for the past 2 weeks I have spoken to Tsholo, Victor, Kumolema,Pumelo, Lerato, Karabo & Kumalo regards to my claim and no once can give me any feedback. This is poor service levels and I am not happy at all, I am a single mom with 4 kids without any transport but no they cannot even provide me any feedback regards to my vehicle. My claim number C*** i have been phoning following up on my claim and broken promises is being made and not giving me feedback at all. Don't understand why we as a customer need to ensure that we pay our insurance in time.......... I am very frustrated with this service and I'm considering to move my car insurance

05 May 2021, 14:23Hi have just phoned in again and you know what not even your managers is signing of on any claims persons that need to action my claim is Tshelo Matlala & Margin Shai and still nothing has been done this is really the worst service that i have received ever I need urgent feedback on my claim so that I can get my vehicle back as i said I'm a single mom without transport i cant even get to work so how must i provide for my kids if i do not get service as required
