POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
MIWAY CAR INSURANCE THEIR SERVICE IS BAD
DONT EVEN TRY TO INSURE YOUR VEHICLE WITH THEM
I REQUESTED FOR A CANCELLATION ON THE 4TH OF NOVEMBER, THEY DELAY THE PROCESS UNTI THE 29TH BECAUSE THEY WANTED TO DEBIT MY ACCOUNT. AND YES THEY DEBITED AND TOLD ME THAT THEY WILL REFUND ME BUT TILL NOW I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY MONEY. WHY SHOULD I WAIT LONG TO GET MY REFUND WHEARES ITS THEM THAT DELAYED THE PROCESS.
