Poor customer care and service

I had an accident on the 08 September 2023 and the insurance has rejected my claim as to which I have instructed my legal representation to lodge a dispute with the insurance which it was lodged till today we haven't not received any feedback instead the insurance has kept deducting monthly premium even after their have rejected my claim in which it will lead us to court and prove our innocence. I will further pursue legal action against insurance should I further incur costs and I will seek a legal advice if it is lawful for a company to deduct premiums even after their rejected my claim
