Poor Custer service

<p>My family got into a non-fatal accident last night around 11:30 pm going to George just after Riviersondersend and the car would not start after that. I personally called MiWay twice. I made the first call, and the second call was 50min after the first one and I was still told Miway will get there in 60min, 3 hrs before they could be assisted in the middle of nowhere with a 5year old who was crying his eyes out. Eventually they towed the car but no direction as to where the family will sleep. As I'm writing this, they are sleeping on the floor in some ***** house (not a BnB) in HERM**** and they had to pay R1000 cash (no invoice) to the MiWay representative at 4am in the morning. This morning the 5 year old is having Simba chips for breakfast. Even the police could not come to the scene and was told there is only one vehicle and they can’t assist (like really). Now they cant go open a case at the nearest police station because they are stuck. I am so disappointed in this type of service, and will definitely take it further than this. I'm not going to attach the photographs just yet. </p> <p>I called MiWay this morning to report this incident, and was told that the manager will call me back urgently. I have not received a call from the manager which says to me that this matter isn’t urgent to them.</p>
