Poor communication and service

Extremely poor communication from my "Legal adviser " Mookho Puling. If i dont contact her first she will never contact me regarded my case and provide me with an update. Whats worse is even when I do she states facts and when I ask to explain the situation , she comes across sarcastically and makes me feel as if I am ***********. She also says that she will get back to me regarding my case in specific but it has been 2 weeks now and not a sound from her. I want closure and do understand that legally this takes time but I would feel more at ease if i was kept in the loop like Mi way says when they send you your joining letter "welcome to the Mi way Family" but certainly dont treat you like family. I feel like the 3rd party is getting away with all the inconvenience caused to me last year Novemeber and I just want to get closure now. I want to know that my insurance company has fought on my behalf and served Justice.
