Poor communication

Bad communication between Miway and panel beaters which delays the progress of my car I lodged a complaint Last week till to date no authorisation has been made regarding the additional parts. Panel beaters requested to send assessor and authorize the new parts. I think this is bull**** the only thing they good at is to apologize for inconvenience knowing exactly the don’t care.
