Poor Comms and lenghty process
Been waiting for feedback about my claim. Very poor communication. Hard to move on when these peoole do things their way.

Backgound story, lost used iphone.
They are asking for proof of ownership now coz its lost.
This is unfai. They didn't ask for it when i insured it last year. Now is when they want a box of the phone. My way my foot.

I didn't hold back any information from the get go and greatly offended by the last call. If you are looking for a reason to pay for the lost phone, please don't make it my fault for trusting with imsuring, house contents, building, 4 cars, 4 phones.
