Poor client service from miway
What must a client do to get service from miway? Lodged a claim, sent all photos thrue with *** on 22/01/2026 just to see my claim has been closed on the miway app, relogged the claim and got a call from miway on the 29/01/2026 just to say they can't find the photos of my claim. After 30 minutes I get a call and they say the photos has been been found but since then only silence from miway again and no update on anything.
