POOR CLAIMS PROCESSING

Ridiculously poor performance with no updates on my claim even after I followed up. After numerous follow ups and almost 30 minutes on the line, I am finally told my claim was declined. This after different claim details were spoken to by the consultant. Apparently the report from assessor took more than a week; more than two weeks in total. With my previous insurer a similar claim was fully closed in less than a week. MiWay is NoWay.
