POOR AND UNFAIR TREATMENT BY MIWAY AND V& R AUTO

My car is insured with Miway.On the 27/02/2015 it was involved in an accident, and I reported that matter to Miway on the 02 March 2015.Later that month they sent me to V&R Auto for assessment and they later gave me authority to take the car to V&R Auto for repairs. On 02 April 2015 I got a call from V&R auto to collect my car as it was done with repairs. On my arrival there were one too many items that I was not happy with, from painting, class fittings both back and front wind screens and actual repairs that they did. I did not take the car as I wasn't happy with the services that they had rendered, on the 7 April 2015 I called miway as to query the panel beaters that they sent me to, which are not even VW approved. On that day I was also referred to assessor Chris Du Plessis whom on that day promised that he would come back to me, and I am still awaiting for that call. I know that the car was involved in an accident and it can never be same, but if it was sent to panel beaters which are VW approved I believe that I would have got services which are worth the premiers that I've been paying since 2009 when I first bought my car.<br> Can you kindly assist.<br> <br> lunga kantolo
