Poor and insensitive handling of our accident!

My wife and I were involved in an accident on the 12th of January 2015. Immediately after the accident, a friend drove me to ARWYP hospital as I had suffered a neck fracture. Rhulani Baloyi (an assessor from Miway) called my wife in a very harsh tone interrogating her and threatening that she was lying about her being the actual driver of the car and that I was driving when the accident occurred. As per his witness report, I was drunk and she was not at the scene, these interrogations went on while I was in ICU. I decided to intervene and I was shocked by the attitude of Rhulani. I only aggravated a C5 neck vertebrae which I had been attending a Chiropractor (Dr. Hillermann) for a year ago and I have also consulted a couple of Physiothe******s for the same fractured C5 vertebrae. I think Miway (Rhulani Baloyi) thought because my wife was not hurt and I was admitted to hospital we were lying, I find that very insensitive of them because no-one from Miway called us to check our wellbeing, they instead sent us this rude assessor who ambushed my wife while I was in ICU and accused her of lying. I'm disappointed, that as a paying client of Miway, I was treated in such a rude manner.
