poor administration

<p>I bought another bakkie. For the bakkie to be covered on the insurance it had to go for an inspection. I took the bakkie for the inspection on 28 April 2016. I e-mail the inspection certificate to Miway. A month later I receive a sms that the bakkie is not covered untill it went for inspection. I e-mail the certificate again to them. I also when the following day to the place who done the inspection. They confirm that they sent the certificate threw to Miway a month back. Again they e-mail it to Miway. It is now a week later and still Miway hasn't confirm that the receive the certificate.</p> <p>Miway service is VERY POOR.</p>
