Pontsho Hlope was the agent that assisted me yesterday. She was very professional and friendly. She gave me a great rate (lowest) on my car premium. Great customer service and pleasant to deal with over the phone. She also thanked me for my support for MiWay and emailed me all the documentation within minutes.
