Policy was canceled instead to update

I have car insurance with MayWay, I thought I have. I was paying from 2017 then change the car so premium has increased. I even got a quote for my husband for his Mazda. And then just by accident I could not log in into my MiWay account. I phoned on 28th Jan my policy was SUSPENDED. on question why I couldn't get answer. Most likely GUGULETU who did quote on 24th Jan from sales click wrong button and whole my policy was cancelled. I will definitely cancel policy now both.
