Policy Update

Good day, I would like to compliment Nkosie Mthembu on how he handled my request to update my policy. Firstly, I do not even need to call him, I usually send him an email requesting him to call me and he does that promptly. Secondly, I needed to add a few items on my policy and he managed to do that and kept my premium at what I am used to paying. He really goes the extra mile. Thank you Nkosie.
