I phoned to review my policy and was treated with extreme patience and kindness by Tshepo who helped me register on the online platform and make changes to my policy. I was then referred to Kgaiso to review my policy. He listened well and made the changes i asked for. So within 30 minutes i had successfully made all the changes and saved money going forward.
