Good Day firstly i want to state i made a claim on my home it was rejected due to lack of maintenance which i accept. So i am in the process of fixing the damage on my on my own account and now that i want to prove to miway that repairs have been made . I now discover they don't have a policy in place to verify that the repairs have been made. Leaving a person open to future rejections be cause they can say its old damage when in fact its not.
