Policy review - what a disgrace and *******

<p>I recieved an average of 9% premium increase, 63% excess increase, and according to my policy schedule, my household and content cover would automatically increase by 10% - when you do the calculation however, it is only 6% - blatant lies, and ****************!! I've been a loyal client since 2008, and this is the way you treat me???? How is this TCF? I gave you opportunity to respond and you ignored my email. <br /><br /></p>
