Got wonderful assistance from the senior consultant Nqobile regarding my premium. My Premium was due for an annual increase while my car was busy depreciating year on year and the value going down. She was able to do a review for me and adjusted my premium to a lower cost than what i am currently paying. She was very professional on the way she handled my query and the manner she conducted herself towards an angry customer. Writing this review with a smile due to her customer care conduct.
